Beautifully renovated with a large living room on the ground floor featuring a spacious lounge, large sofa, television, and Wi-Fi; a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. You will also find a suite with a 140cm bed and its private bathroom, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 2x90cm beds, two other bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, a shared bathroom, and a toilet.
